This year The Allergy and Free From Show, Glasgow will feature a special workshop entitled ‘The Sensitive Gut. Celebrating the 25th anniversary of The IBS Network’. This workshop will be run by Dr Nick Read, chair and medical adviser to The IBS Network and food and nutrition expert, Dr Joan Ransley. It will feature their new book ‘Cooking for the Sensitive Gut’ (Pavilion Books).
